Good intentions, flawed execution

The location is ideal, close to shopping and restaurants. My room was also clean and the staff friendly, they resolved my billing issues swiftly and professionally.

Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short. There was no complimentary breakfast and the bedding was uncomfortable, leaving me unsatisfied.

Professional and attentive staff made check-in easy.

We experienced numerous issues during our one-night stay. The King bed was unbelievably hard, and despite requesting a room change, we faced the same discomfort. To make matters worse, the TV in the room wasn't functioning at all, leaving us with no entertainment options. Additionally, I was frustrated to find out that breakfast came with an extra charge, which I expected to be complimentary.

Request for a restaurant menu upon check-in as it may not be readily available in your room.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the hotel's inviting ambiance and comfortable accommodations. The staff were friendly, making us feel right at home while exploring nearby attractions like Concord Mills, perfect for family fun with my two sons.

My kids wished the pool was open longer for more splash time.

I recently stayed for 1 night with my partner in a King Room. The facility was super clean and well-maintained, just like the photos. However, breakfast wasn't free, which was disappointing.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The indoor pool was such a fun way to unwind after a long day and provided a lovely atmosphere for quality family time. Plus, the staff was responsive and resolved our minor tech confusion with the AC in a flash, making me feel completely cared for!

This place has a modern feel with a welcoming lobby that's tough to ignore. The rooms seem well-maintained, with ample space for stretching out after a long day. The bathroom size adds a nice touch for convenience.

The beds, though modern, lean towards the firmer side, which might not suit everyone looking for a soft place to crash. If you're planning on keeping anything cold, the coolers are a strange design choice, offering less than you might hope for in a hotel—it's basically like having an icebox that only works for a couple of hours. Additionally, the lack of regular dining options on-site and the remote control that only works when it feels like it adds a bit of hassle to the stay, not ideal for unwinding after a long day.

my stay at courtyard was delightful! the hot shower really hit the spot, and the night staff were super friendly and helpful. we loved how close it was to starbucks and walmart for late-night snacks. we even enjoyed relaxing in front of the 52-inch plasma television in the lobby!

My stay at Courtyard in Concord delighted me with its clean, modern rooms and friendly staff. It's conveniently located near attractions. Only downside, some noise from the HVAC units. Still, a memorable stay for a European traveler like myself!

The location was convenient for shopping and dining. However, I faced an annoying issue with the refrigerator. it wasn't working properly and shut off, which was disappointing. I had brought food along for my stay, expecting to keep it fresh. Instead, I had to deal with spoiled food. Overall, the stay had its highlights but the fridge problem put a damper on things.
